Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written English communication

3+ yrs Programming – Proficient in Python (and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), with clean, efficient coding practices.
Solid Math & Stats Background – Deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics essential for modeling.
2 yrs Model Deployment Experience – Proven ability to deploy ML models into production (APIs, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP, Docker, etc.).
Data Handling Expertise – Skilled in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large, messy real-world datasets.
Problem-Solving & Business Acumen – Can translate vague business problems into ML solutions with measurable impact.escription
