Jonathan is a visionary leader and the driving force behind TV, where he serves as the founder and CEO.
“my love for coding kicked off way back when I was 13, tinkering with computers and geeking out over how they tick. That curiosity drove me to dive deep into computer science and engineering. One interesting fact endured—I found myself attached to the world of call centers, where tech meets real people.
My first big gig was at Elsevier Science, where I got to streamline processes for their e-care specialists, making their days run smoother and customers happier. That was just the start. For nearly 15 years, I wore multiple engineering hats at Boston Scientific, building systems that boosted efficiency and saved time and resources. From optimizing workflows to crafting solutions that just *worked*, I learned how to turn complex problems into practical wins.
After years of solving challenges for big names, I thought, “Why not bring this same magic to my own clients?” So, I took the leap and started Tech Velocity.”
